Q: What past experiences help you relate to your clients?
I taught finance classes while I was in graduate school, which helped refine my communication skills. From the interaction with my students, I learned to observe and appreciate each person’s unique perspective and approach to a situation, making me more patient and caring. I also passed all 3 levels of the CFA exams and became a charter holder during a very difficult period of my life.
Q: If you weren’t in wealth management, what would you be doing instead?
I would become a teacher. Helping people is my passion and in my nature. In particular, I love to help kids learn and grow. It brings me great joy and personal fulfillment while also contributing to society.
